I have been going to Nina at Tanglez for years. You are warmly greeted as soon as you enter the building and I guarantee that you'll leave feeling like family! There's a reason they've been chosen the Best Salon in BG for many years running. Not only the best but the only place my family will go for hair services! Keep up the good work ladies!
My stylist ran 30 minutes behind when my scheduled appointment was to be. I sat in the waiting area and no one informed me of this delay. I was only aware because the receptionist called the appointment behind me to tell them the stylist was running behind. I continued to sit without acknowledgement from any employee. My stylist finally arrived but not with the mission to do my hair, she wanted to make up for lost time.
