This is the worse apartment complex I've ever lived in!! The management is HORRIBLE. Expect to be given constant infraction papers if you live near the office, otherwise you can get away with anything!!
Aiming to be able to rent again here
I lived at TangleWood village in 2020. When my husband and I are feeling frustrated about our current rent or minor inconveniences in our current apartment, we practice gratitude by knowing that nothing could ever be as bad as living here. That's basically all you need to know!
Callie and Jim are super nice!! They really made the whole move-in process very easy!! I have lived here going on 2 years, it is very quiet around here. My kids absolutely love the play ground, basketball court and swimming pool. The gym is also great and clean!
The new management here is awful, they don’t maintain anything. I would go as far as saying it’s ghetto, yet the rent is so much. Managers are condescending and rude. This place smells of greed. I’ve lived in Carson for a long time and watched this place go down hill. So happy I don’t live here anymore. Apologies for the redundancies but over priced, under maintained.
