Great location
Our move date changed multiple times due to my husband’s job and Jim was so accommodating and willing to work with us so we could be moved in on a schedule that worked for us and the job. Unit was clean and well taken care of upon move in. Really impressed with the maintenance team here at Tanglewood! They are very prompt, responding to requests the same day or next day. Believe these negative comments! Jim is trash! I did fall a little behind on rent, but getting out of there was a blessing.. I had a water leak from my light under my tub and requested it to be fixed in which Jim replied “this is not a emergency” I have video of the leak and email of Jim’s response , needed my ac fixed and he kept saying my request was canceled because nobody was there when he would “send someone” I work graveyard shift. This is the worse apartment complex I've ever lived in!! The management is HORRIBLE. Expect to be given constant infraction papers if you live near the office, otherwise you can get away with anything!!
