All the negative reviews are true. I ignored the red flags, and I regret it. I do not recommend this place. The manager is one of the rudest people I have encountered in this country. The houses are old, many things are broken, and maintenance issues are common. The water heater is not adequate for the number of occupants, and we were left without hot water in the middle of winter. Mice come out from under the houses, and every time I requested repairs, I received notices and felt threatened with eviction. All this happened ... read more

This place is a joke!! Before I moved in, I thought it was a pretty decent place. I should have looked at the reviews. 🤦♂️ I moved in and reported several maintenance issues. Management told me I had to submit a maintenance request through their app, so I did. That was two months ago. A maintenence person called me one time and wanted to enter my home while I wasn't there. I asked if he could give me a chance to call my boss so I could take time off work and be present while repairs were made in my home. Apparently that wa... read more
