Customer service is horrible
Thank you Lord for Pierre!!! When I tell you this was the best service I've ever had, that would be an understatement. From the time I walked into the door, he made me feel welcomed and at home. Not only this, he took his time (even on his day off!)to explain to me the entire process, but he went above and beyond to help answer any questions I had and helped me fix problems I had even on his down time which he didn't have to do, but him doing so ensured me being able to move into my new apartment smooth and gracefully. I am absolutely thrilled to have found the beautiful community at Tanglewood Terrace of Morgan Properties! The Leasing Office Staff—Pierre and Joe—are remarkably helpful, cordial, and caring in all inquiries and questions. The Maintenance Team members including Carl are friendly, attentive, and rapid in responding to apartment maintenance requests. I could not be happier, and I highly recommend Tanglewood Terrace! Pierre the onsite leasing manager made my transition moving into here a dream! He and his staff went above and beyond to welcome me with balloons and a gift of a few household necessities to start my journey here as a tenant. They were incredibly accommodating and the entire process was incredibly smooth compared to other leasing competition. I would absolutely recommend Tanglewood Terraces to anyone whose looking for an apartment with modern charm. And it doesn’t hurt, they’re pet friendly!
