0 stars, one of the worst places I ever lived there’s old ppl who sit and watch your every move stay away from this establishment the office ppl don’t care what so ever if your young don’t move old ppl don’t like young ppl there
It’s crazy! They tow your car for everything. They never have parking for all the people who live here. They towed my car like 3 times. 2 for no parking and one for no reason. The parking is crazy. So disappointing. And when you go to the office to talk they don’t solve anything.
I just got the keys and I’m really excited to move in. The apartment has been completely renovated, it feels brand new! A big thank you to Pierre for his warm welcome: from the very first visit he made me feel at ease and knew exactly how to highlight the things that made me want to live here. With his help, the whole process was smooth and easy. Thanks again for everything!
Not enough parking space for the residents. Have to fight for parking space every day. Requested reserved parking space in July 2025. It's September 2025 now and in spite of repeated emails and visits to the leasing office, no response to the emails and told in-person that they will call back which they never do. Only sign the lease here if you want to spend everyday circling around the community looking for parking space once back from office and okay getting gaslighted by the property management.
