Talk about waste, fraud, and abuse. I dealt with Tanglewood Medical Supplies company who was providing a wheelchair for a family member and they wanted to go over the co-pay. They said it would be $80 initial and $25 a month for 11 months. Now having just looked at wheelchairs on Amazon I thought that was a bit high. I explained to her that the family member has Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield supplemental and she said they cover 80% of the cost and we are responsible for the remaining 20%. Excellent experience, courteous professional service.
Following my wife's diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea, in early May, our pulmonolgist provided a prescription for a Cpap machine from Tanglewood Medical Supply in Stevensville, Tx. We soon learned the folks at Tandlewood were a pleasure to work with. Not only friendly and welcoming but very knowledgeable.
