HORRIBLE place bad area loud neighbors, HORRIBLE land lord, don’t recommend at all, didn’t even want to give it one star I’m giving it way more then it deserves, don’t apply you’ll thank me later!!!
Been approved since 2024 for a place was called once while I was at work and never again but left apartments open for his convenience for whom he wanted in. Landlord doesn’t keep up with maintenance, bug control, doesn’t handle things when needed and won’t pay for anything to get fixed because he asks his brother to do it instead. He speaks with the tenants about other tenants issues, making false accusations causing tension and problems. Don’t apply it’s a scam places like this make it hard for families to get into they will pick up to every call but once you willing to drive a hour in a half and apply they won’t ever pick up the phone save your 15$ money order and apply to somewhere that are willing do do they jobs
