Had a wonderful time celebrating my grandmother's birthday. The place was cool and comfortable. But my aunt, who was worried about her deposit, could not relax and enjoy herself. Lots of her nieces and nephews assured her we would help clean up. So we stopped at the party at 11. We cleaned that place and made sure all trash was disposed of. The lady who is in charge of the clubhouse is sssoooo rude! We had a simple question about the deposit and she went off on us because people have asked her about it before. Maybe if you are getting the same question over and over again then you should try a new solution!! The clubhouse was super hot and our guest were complaining about it the whole time. The cleaning requirements are ridiculous! You have to mop the whole clubhouse, wipe everything, clean the parking lot, vacuum the outside mat, and replace every trash bag in... read more
