I saw Dr. Schneider on January 8, 2026, as I had severe pain in my right foot, down the 5th metatarsal bone. He looked at my foot (did not do an x-ray) said it was a tendon problem and gave me a cortisone shot which did not help. MRI showed that the 5th metatarsal bone was under stress. He prescribed a cortisone pack and gave me a large boot and said to wear it for a week.
