Was on hold for 15 minutes, never heard a real person's voice. Just a radio station playing mostly static. When I need to go to the doctor I would at least like to schedule an appointment.

I have had a great experience here so far. New to town and when I called this office the doctors were unfortunately not able to see new patients at the time. However, they suggested seeing their APRN, Emily Shaffer, instead. I’m so glad I’ve been connected with her! She has really made me feel seen and heard in each appointment. I have used Tanglewood medical for over 30 years. Never had a problem until today. What should have been a simple 5 minute lab appointment draw some blood and pee in a cup. Got there about 10 minutes early for my appointment, checked in and sat down. 40 minutes later I am still sitting there. no new patients coming in, about 6 patients leave. I'm still sitting there. Finally a different receptionist ask me if she could help. I explain I've been here 40 to 45 minutes waiting for lab. She said O K I'll see if I can get someone... read more

This place is incredibly outdated in the lobby (It looks like something from the 1970's). You will sit out and wait for 20, 30, 40, 50 minutes before you have to remind them that you are there. Once you get into an exam room, you will wait another 20, 30, 40 minutes, so be sure to pack a lunch, a book and a blanket for a nap. Absolutely ridiculous.
