Lived here for a year and really enjoyed it! Landlord was always super responsive, maintenance was prompt and polite anytime I had an issue, property is well maintained. Newer remodeled units are relatively nice. My only complaint was my unit was above the boiler room and was always crazy hot and was difficult to cool apartment down in the summer. Overall not a bad place for a little town and reasonable prices.

I have lived here for about 4 years. The landlord is a very good guy, very down to earth. I recommend living here for sure.
I have lived here about a year and a half. The landlord has always responded to me very fast and has always been very friendly and quick to fix any issues i have had. They currently are remodeling the apartments as tenants move out. And also are repainting the hallways. It’s really looking nice. The best landlord I have had!!
