Toured the home. Great subdivision.
HOA pay them so they can take your half a million dollar home when you make them mad. No sidewalks so kids cant ride bikes so they have to ride in the streets to get hit by cars no backyards for kids to play its a cliff houses built on cliffs one earthquake and boom your house is gone. Up top of the hill lightning strikes are very deadly out there during storms down drafts aswell. More dangerous is the 2 radio towers out there that emitting harmfull radiation and the one tower uses microwave communication. Cell towers cause ... read more

This is right for someone, but not for me and mine, and that is okay. All the homesites are set on ridgelines of beautiful rolling hills. Yards are small as expected with a drop-off for a backyard. One lot we looked at has a sheer drop over 75+ feet down. To put it in perspective, full-grown 18'+ tree trunks have the tops at eye level. O My wife and I noticed that there was not one single outdoor play structure in any backyard. (Likely an HOA rule.)
