I highly recommend Tanglewood Chiropractic! Sierra is so kind and welcoming — she makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in. Dr. Krizo is incredibly knowledgeable and really focuses on getting to the root of your pain instead of just masking it. I’ve been dealing with pain since having my last baby, and after just a couple of visits I’m already feeling relief! So thankful I found them! 😊

He took the time to do a thorough evaluation, carefully reviewed my x-rays, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Krizo at Tanglewood Chiropractic. After an oversees trip, I began having extreme lower back pain that would literally make me gasp when I moved. I wasn't able to sit or stand comfortably, and frequently woke up in pain. Thanks to his expertise, not only is the back pain completely gone, I don't have daily headaches anymore - which I thought were normal! Lavinia, Dr. Krizo's administrative assistant, is also wonderful! She is always friendly, professional and attentive. These two make a great team!
Very knowledgeable, attentive and kind! After my first appointment he had diagnosed my problem and put together a plan of care. I appreciated how he took the time to explain what I had going on and how to treat it. Always answers questions and genuinely cares about the health of his patients! I definitely recommend.
