Nope nope and nope. I paid someone for this?! I now have to redo this. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. Nothing was cleaned or wiped down, half vacuumed, and my tires. Jesus lord, my tires. You can take your finger and get off the black. This was a rushed job done so poorly.... I was PISSED when I left.

Personally i believe Tanglewood Auto Wash is the worst wash in all of Roanoke and the surrounding areas! Theyre disrespectful and rude. They act immature. Last time I came, there was a guy who identified himself to me as John Harrison and said he owns the gas station and the car wash both. First of all, I dont believe he is the owner of anything. Second he is rude and dismissive. He basically told me I can go somewhere else if I don't like the way they do things. 🤔🤬

I'm sorry you feel this way about Tanglewood come a how long has it been since you've been in? John Harrison had a stroke several years ago and hasn't been with us for quite some time. If you had a bad experience we would love the opportunity to try and make it right.
Paid $40 for a interior and exterior wash, wasn’t worth $10!
RecommendedBest car wash ever! I have been coming here for at least 20 years off and on, sometimes life takes you to different territories. Always a friendly welcome by all the staff, the quality of a car wash is an understatement. It’s like getting a detail without the detail price. I am proud to say I get my car washed here at least once a week, sometimes just because I want my tires shiny 😁❤️😁

attention to detail... not so much! they left a lot undone!
Terrible job. I bought the most expensive wash. Half of the floors were not vacuumed. There was dust left everywhere. They didn’t even wipe the dash cluster at all. They wiped around the paper that they put on my dash and when I picked it up, there was a square spot of dust where the paper was. The wheels were not cleaned and still had brake dust on them. The floor mats were not even taken out and still had dirt on them.

The staff at the wash itself were friendly, but the staff inside were not. The chip reader wouldn't read my card and the cashier refused to help me out/manually enter it/anything really. He blamed it on my cards declining very loudly (it was a chip malfunction on the part of the reader). My car was also not cleaned very well. I had to go behind them and re-vacuum and dust the car, and there were a couple of weird drip stains on the dashboard that weren't there previously.
