First thing I would like to say is this place is absolutely the best place to live at. I DO NOT see myself ever leaving. The property manager is absolutely incredible. She has done whatever she could to help me and my family by any means. Plus the new maintenance man. Absolutely amazing. Came in and fixed the problems I've had very fast and effective. A 10 out of 10 best apartment complex I've ever lived at!!
Very unhappy experience living here. You can't control who your neighbors will be. But, during my time here I had peaceful neighbors and I had very disrespectful ones. Currently dealing with disrespectful neighbors. They slam doors around/ cabinets; smoking in a non-smoking lease when they we're spoken to over and over again. It goes into my bathroom really badly and sometimes in my living room. They Play Music with loud bass that fill up my whole living room. Also, they leave their trash out for days on the patio. Jessica is the best. She is very kind and tenant minded. I took an issue to her last week and she had an answer today! We are full now and that is fantastic. Saul, if you see this, kudos to y’all and her. There will be disgruntled residents anywhere you go. I have been here for a long time and it is the most pleasant apartment experience I’ve had.
