Fairly Nice area of SP. But this place is run by people that lie nonstop. Entire time I was there they never failed to put something on the door claiming they were about to do some sort of "up keep" to the buildings . They'd tell you to prepare & never show up . Excuses after another. My rent was on time every month even through COVID lockdown. Moved out & months later receive a notice from a collection agency stating I owed.
