happy to recommend it for as long as Corntey is in Management! Ive been a resident at Tanglewood for a total of 4 years. I started by myself in a 1BR, moved out, then moved back a year later into a 2BR when i got married. It's cheap for a reason. Avoid this place at ALL. COSTS. I lived here for both the previous and current management, and they've both been horrendous. Minnix seems to use this property as a training ground for new managers - there's a new one every year, and they all have no idea what they're doing. They also like to send you passive aggressive texts. - Staff is never in the office. EVER. Anthony, Keeley, the two Minnix managers, were ESPECIALLY bad about this. I have never walked up to the office to actually find them there.... read more
Not recommend I lived this apartment since Sep. 2015, and I moved out in May 2017. I lived here without any problem until the new management come in. When I made the last contract, the manager said to me I do not pay any additional fee for the two months because my last contract ended in March, 2017. If I need to pay for the additional months, I must made the contract until May because my moving schedule was fixed before I moved in. But, the new management charged additional $ 50 for each month.
