The worst apartment I've ever lived in. They overcharge flat rates for services instead of breaking up the costs between apartments. The apartments are old and falling apart. The plumbing was bad. They are riddled with cockroaches and drain flies. You can hear your neighbors using the restroom (and they can hear you). The floors are practically made of popsicle sticks and you know every step taken by the people above or below you. Initially I was impressed by the experience although I didn’t end up renting here. However, I have been disappointed recently with the unprofessionalism. I was “denied” approval. Not sure why I was approved elsewhere with the same conditions. Besides the point. I paid a $150 holding deposit. I had been viewing several other properties for some time in search of a place to call home. I was beginning to get discouraged. Every place either had rude unprofessional staff who couldn’t or didn’t want to give me the time of day. Or the properties and rental units were horribly maintained and unkept. Communication is dodgy. I was denied and had to hear about it through another party that it was because of my credit score. Instead of telling me directly that I was denied, they did not call back when promised, deliberately avoided me and decided to tell my caseworker instead. So if you had time to tell my caseworker, you had enough time to tell me. I'm an adult. Seems a little odd to be frank with you. The manager is rude and won't try to work with people on there rent or lies that people haven't paid there rent when they have.There is no ramp for people with wheelchairs it is not completely ADA friendly the A building IS the only ADA friendly apartments here and these apartments are way overpriced my mom lives here and she has to bring laundry somewhere else because the laundry is disgusting and she has no hot water most of the time her dishwasher dosent work and refrigerator door seal is messed up and only 2 burners on t... read more
