Communication is dodgy. I was denied and had to hear about it through another party that it was because of my credit score. Instead of telling me directly that I was denied, they did not call back when promised, deliberately avoided me and decided to tell my caseworker instead. So if you had time to tell my caseworker, you had enough time to tell me. I'm an adult. Seems a little odd to be frank with you. The manager is rude and won't try to work with people on there rent or lies that people haven't paid there rent when they have.There is no ramp for people with wheelchairs it is not completely ADA friendly the A building IS the only ADA friendly apartments here and these apartments are way overpriced my mom lives here and she has to bring laundry somewhere else because the laundry is disgusting and she has no hot water most of the time her dishwasher dosent work and refrigerator door seal is messed up and only 2 burners on t... read more
My dishwasher has not been working since the day I moved in. They’ve promised me multiple time that they will come fix it but my lease is almost up and still doesn’t work. Not worth the rent. Paying for something that is not working. Waste of my money, I would like a discount for things they said they would fix and never did.
