BE AWARE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS MOLD!!! IN EVERY SINGLE UNIT!!! WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE UNIT YOU CAN SMELL IT! THEY PAINT OVER IT WHEN A NEW RESIDENT COMES. BUT AFTER A LITTLE BIT OF TIME IT BREAKS THROUGH THE PAINT.. IT'S ALSO INFESTED WITH RATS! THE RATS DO NOT LET YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT SCRATCHING THE WALLS. Tanglewood The apartments are nice and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors are friendly and observant. Overall nice place. I would suggest, outside and inside renovations to make the apartment and appliances up-to-date. You can't beat the price though for all ultities paid for.
