I lived here for 2 years and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy...I have had more problems with them then it is worth...my vehicle was broken into twice, there was people smoking in the hall way, it sounded like a herd of elephants upstairs at all hours of the night, and somethings that I reported need to be fixed never got fixed even after multiple request for them to do so. I would never recommend this place and I will stear clear of any properties owned by the same company.
I currently live here and have been living here for my second year and I think its a great place. Brandy and Amy in the office are great and always willing to help. Granted the pool has been under renovations for a while... but it seems like theyre making progress. The Maintenance crew are wonderful. I got a washer and dryer but it wouldnt fit through my bathroom door, the Maintenance crew came up took the door off the henges and the paneling and move it in there for me. and put everything back together and cleaned up. this place is horrible.the property management is shady and the water is constantly turned off.loud noises all hours of the day.dont trust the maintenance staff.i had a terrible time there
