I went there 2 years ago to fix my mistake. My other mistake was thinking this hairdresser could be loyal. Walked in around the holidays & she RUDELY let me know, I have nothing till the first of the year. She killed my hair. My layers were more than uneven. I was done with color & I wanted silver foils so she decided to do the cap method. Damaged my hair horribly. Don’t bother she is pretentious.

I'm always nervous about someone cutting my hair but when I walked into Tangles, right away,Ruthie put me at ease. There's just something about her..she's knowledgeable and confident..she definitely knows what she's doing and my hair looks and feels great! I know who's cutting my hair from now on..Ruthie!
