I was reminded of how bad my experience was after someone else had a similar experience. I then went through the reviews and am amazed at how many other 1 star reviews had the same issues. I asked for strong highlights to bangs only and layered cut. The owner was doing another client beside me but she was on the phone chatting 85% of the time and it was not business related. Super easy to book, Everyone is very nice and I got a great haircut from Paige. Beautiful Salon.
The booking process is seamless at this salon. I send a Facebook message to the business page and they reply with an appointment availability (I book somewhat further out when I message- I wouldn’t recommend booking last minute as they are usually booked). Cancellation appts are always posted on their IG page and get scooped up quickly! I highly recommend Jess! Her skill and expertise are evident from the moment you sit in her chair. My hair has never felt so healthy, and she takes the time to ensure the results are exactly what you’re hoping for. She also did a wonderful job with my daughter’s thick, long hair — making what can feel like a lot of work look completely effortless. The salon is clean, bright, and inviting, and the overall service is exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!
