I had an appointment today at 11.15. I came from Almonte at 11.10. The door was closed, i waited for 30 minutes at 6C outside. Noone even bothered calling me to reschedule or to cancel. Wow. UPD1: Their response to my review is a total bs. I never had a missed call or a missed voicemail from them. Liars. UPD2: So i received an apology call today morning. I can’t express how happy I am with my hair! Miranda did an out of this world job and I will recommend to every person who compliments this amazing blonde look she designed I’m literally in love with it!
I am very particular with my hair, not because I'm picky but actually because I have a hard time knowing what I want my hair to look like or how to express it. The lady here listened to what I explained and she did it better than I could have imagined. She took the trust I put in her and she made me feel amazing!
