Do NOT rent here ! over priced run down apartments! They display a nice unit and then move you into a terrible environment mold and broken air conditioning Bugs and plenty more issues! Won’t let you out of your lease without a penalty for breaking it but they basically trick you into the lease . If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Long story short DO NOT RENT HERE! FIND A DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMPLEX! They also own Retreat at Northlake. I was supposed to get back $1,014.83 and only received $224.83 after I was promised I would not have a penalty on my account by the management! Signed up for a 6 months lease. They kept trying to send me a lease for 12 months. I had to repeatedly tell them I only wanted 6 months. Finally got the correct lease and signed. Future tenants be ware of the unprofessional practices of this leasing office. I resided here from 2020-2025 and had issues here and there and have had to deal with 3 different management changes. I’ve had service animals since 2017 and was charged for almost a year in pet rent 2 years after moving here just because I would not give a doctors note to the leasing office which is against the law completely to even ask for. You would think not seeing a pet deposit on my records would have assisted with that but I guess they sim... read more
