My WORST salon experience EVER! This appointment was complementary to make up for my first visit which was also horrible. Both times I was left in the waiting area and totally forgotten. The first time I stayed and had my hair chopped up in a very rushed job. Arin did everything I told her I did not want. This time Bill never even acknowledged my presence. I only gave one star because that was the only way I could leave a comment. They definitely don't deserve even one star!

I love this place, and Kristen is the best. She keeps my grays away, and is great at teaching you how to style your hair.
Not sure what's going on with the most recent employees. I've had appointments with three different ones and their focus is on anything but your hair. At one point, I explained how I preferred my hair and the girl washed it but took about 1/4" off and dried with a round brush. When I asked her to trim the bangs another inch she only added mouse and pulled it all back but told me I could stop by anytime and that it's $5 for a bang trim. Really?? This is what I was charged $65 for??

Been going for a while. I had several stylist. The extra stuff they offer up front only one stylist actually does.

RecommendedNoel is the best. I normally do not enjoy getting hair cuts but she made it a great experience and gave me the best cut I have had in years! Thank you!

At almost 38 weeks pregnant, I decided that my long hair wasn't cutting it anymore (pun sort of intended) and I needed something shorter that was low-maintenance but that I could still pull back into a ponytail for labor.
