Perfect highlights
The salon environment is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I have difficult thining and maturing hair and when I first came to the salon my hair was super dry from newly moving to Central Oregon. My stylist, Rosa helped educate me on how to care for my hair in this new environment. I have been coming to Rosa for a year now and I’m very happy with the color, cut and my hair is healthier. Rosa is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone.
Kendra is amazing! She does a great job and I always have a good experience with her at Tangerine.
