Tanger Properties has closed all customer service/support at their outlet malls. The National Customer Service is a joke. When they changed the membership program that I had paid for, I was not converted to the new program as I was supposed to have been moved to. The new CS folks are a joke. Keep telling me that it is being fixed, and I will be getting an email once fixed. This circus began 3 months ago.
