I have never had a bad experience at any Tanger Outlet, and the one in Myrtle Beach is no exception. Without exception, the clerks in every store have been unfailingly helpful, cheerful and friendly. They are always willing to stop what they are doing to help a confused shopper (me), or to get something and bring it to the dressing room if requested. I love 'em; they never treat an old lady like an "old lady".

Love Tanger outlets! Tons of deals. It's a fun family friendly environment. 2 different locations so your never too far away to shop.
We had good service from most of the stores. The only problem was no one but the security guy new where the office was located.

The outlet is convenient to the south end of MB, plenty of parking, overall good selection of stores, bathrooms found to be clean, and had customer service reps out at the intersections helping with dire tons to stores.
