I was experiencing difficulties obtaining Satisfaction documentation in order to remove lien placed on my property. The title company suggested Tangent in order to track this document. Immediately after submitting the relevant documents and the required fee, Tangent got on the job! They promised, and they certainly delivered and I am sincerely grateful. I would definitely recommend this company for efficiency and speed.
I was recommended by my real-estate attorney to resolve a line of credit that was not satisfied. I paid Tangent and signed their document to hire them. (The document did not state Not refundable). I provided the agency all the documents that I was able to retrieve. In the same day, I sent them an email telling them to wait because I think I resolved it and wouldn’t need their services. On December 1,2021 I requested that Tangent tracking proceed with resolving two open liens I had on my property. I sent them documentation for the liens and agreed to a fee of $850.00. The next day I received word from my attorney that the liens were resolved. I contacted Tangent Tracking and without any questions they refunded my full payment.
