Extremely disappointed with the decline in quality since this office became Tangelo. I finished Invisalign here a year ago and one tooth is still clearly out of alignment. When I pointed it out, the doctor dismissed my concern and said it “looked fine,” but my regular dentist confirmed it is off and should have been corrected. I even said he made it seem that was as far as they could fix it. I also had a repair visit a few months ago that felt very unprofessional. My experience with Tangelo has been great! They are very organized in each area, appointments, finance, etc. Having multiple locations makes it easier to get an appointment when it is convenient for you!
I took my daughter there for a consult for braces and it went very well. She is now wearing Invisalign and we enjoy visiting the Bixby and Jenks locations for appointments. Anytime that I’ve had a question and called my question was answered promptly.
Very Nice place and friendly people!!!!
Very efficient and courteous staff. Dr. Choe was good at explaining treatment.
