My office visit was cancelled without notification. I showed up at the scheduled location to find the building was closed. I called her office and they had cancelled my appointment 5 days before with no text to notify me. Speaking with a staff person, I was told there was a water leak in the building. I asked why they didn't text me since they do for reminders of my appointments. When I asked why not send me a text the staff person got snarky with me and said I was notified via MyChart.
