Bad doctor I was visiting my mom in Westminster in June 2006 and had a bladder problem. She sent me to Dr. Tang Khoi's office for the first time. He was very disinterested in me and just pushed a prescription on me. Then he made me visit the following week just to see if the medicine worked or not.
