I was very disappointed in Dr. Ho’s lack of empathy and direction in helping me after my septorhinoplasty. I only wanted my deviated septum corrected and the bridge on my nose straightened. Instead, I was left with a blocked nasal valve, constant post nasal drip, an upturned nose that looks like a pig’s nose that never went down, and a shortened nose that does not fit my face. I do not recommend Dr. Ho for female rhinoplasty. I underwent two surgeries with Dr. Ho, with the first being a septorhinoplasty in December 2020 to address a deviated septum and a slightly crooked nose. Dr. Ho, initially highly recommended, presented himself with excellent bedside manners and a conservative approach, which appealed to my desire for natural-looking results. Dr Ho is an incredible doctor and surgeon. However the girl who answers the phone and works the front desk is rude, snippy, and unprofessional in her behavior towards patients and families. If she doesn't like her job, it may be time to find someone else

Both my wife and I had complex surgery for broken bones in our face after an accident. We were distraught from the accident and thoughts of getting things repaired. Dr Ho is calming, reassuring, and very professional. We have complete and total trust in him, and grateful for his skill and willingness to describe the process with us. i have the highest respect for him.
Dr. Ho has always been very friendly and respectful to me from my first visit. He is an excellent listener and very patient. He does a wonderful job explaining my condition so that I can understand. I can highly recommend him to anyone who needs his service, because they will not be disappointed--"TOPS" with me. I could really rate him as a 10!!
