David knocked it out of the park. I was selling while physically a 2.5 hour drive from the property. David was able to handle things so I only had to drive up when absolutely necessary, which was a huge relief for me. He was very responsive on chat, and in the end we got multiple offers and closed on time. An excellent outcome in every way.
