Horrible customer service. Been trying to reach anyone at the office for over a week. No response to voicemail, emails, and phone calls.

I’ve been calling for two weeks now leaving messages for any insurance agent to call me left messages and still no calls.
All around terrible company. When I tried to adjust my coverage they were extremely rude on the phone, aside from that they charged me almost double what my neighbors were paying (they have similar houses as me). Overall 0/10, I was able to cut my yearly premium by over $1000 AND get more coverage by going straight through USAA.
