Horrible customer service Bella, front service desk arrived at 7 AM for an appointment. Take me off the schedule. To be rescheduled for 11am to be rescheduled 2 p m 3 times horrible experience. She can care less bad attitude for hospital. Spit my whole day fasting there she can care last won't go back to this place!!!
I was supposed to have my Colonoscopy on the 4th of August at the Taneja Center.The scheduling department called me the Friday before to confirm my procedure. Right after that I get a call from my Gastrointologist saying that they canceled my Colonoscopy because I need a cardiology clearance. I contacted my pulmonologist and cardiologist and was told that their wasnt any request for a cardiology clearance. The Teneja Center for Surgery canceled my Colonoscopy for no reason. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting such a great group of people at this surgical center. From the front desk to registration, pre-op, op, and ICU. To name a few Nurses Zakya, Sarah, Respiratory Therapist Ryan! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!! Side note: I understand that you typically deal with the older age group, but for the younger patients it’s not necessary to put too much force behind jabbing in an IV line. My left hand still hurts lol
I've been to Advent health Tampa far too many times and haven't gotten the best care but the taneja surgery building? Youd think they are a whole different company. I was treated so well from start to finish with my surgery, my anesthesiologist team was absolutely the highlight of my time here as I got to meet one of the few black anesthesiologists, I got to meet history! And his team was sweetest they could be, the lady made sure I was always covered when men were in the room and they went out of their way to get me nausea ... read more
