George was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was incredibly accommodating and genuinely took the time to understand our situation and figure out how he could help. You can tell that he’s not just there to rent out lockers — he actually cares about his customers and goes out of his way to assist. That made a huge difference for us. Wonderful experience. I need storage for my business and George was extremely helpful and more than willing to accommodate. 24 hour access, and Multiple size options to choose from. It was super quick to get a unit. Highly recommend!
Under new ownership in 2025, The Storage House is now offering a convenient service at excellent rates. George offers outstanding customer service and is upgrading the space to modernize a business that had been neglected by previous ownership. Anytime I called the business line, my calls were returned promptly. The rental process was smooth and checkout was simple. I would happily put my faith in The Storage House for my rental needs moving forward.
New ownership, renovated with ventilation, and is clean and very secure. George is super friendly and made the process smooth. Can’t beat the pricing and customer service compared to the big brand companies. Highly recommend this place!
I used The Storage House during a very intense move, and the owner was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and I truly appreciated the support during such a stressful time. I highly recommend The Storage House for both short-term and long-term storage needs.
