One day just over a month ago I walked into Tandy leather and met the manager Amy. I asked questions and she answered them all then showed me all the essentials to starting the leather Craft. It started out as window shopping, however, I ended up walking out with about a $175 worth of tools and materials to start with. And now I completed 5 projects and they are nice! What an amazing store. I was there one time before. Spent $$$. Today (on a holiday weekend) I went and was greeted by Lisa. What a GREAT customer service rep. This is no lie…..her and I spent an hour or so going over every product I needed. You got my business. I mean who does that anymore? Got everything I needed and then some. Very knowledgeable.
