Decent Indian Food Here, but not very spicy – I tried the shrimp curry with rice. It was a little on the expensive side. The shrimp was good, but the curry was okay. Not very spicy. Also had the mango lassi which was pretty good. They have special coupons (buy 1 entree get 1 free). Plenty of seating inside. The chai is not complimentary, but was pretty good. Fast and Friendly service.

Outstanding Take on Indian Fast Food Tandoori is my favorite restaurant when I am dining in a hurry (or just have some time to kill) when I am in downtown San Jose for work. The food is always delicious, fresh, spicy and filled with healthy vegetables, meats and chutneys. I wish Tandoori were near my home or office because I would be eating there all of the time. I think it proves you can be healthy, fast, delicious and affordable at the same time.

okay food, horrible service – I stopped by here one day for a solo lunch. The food was okay, I had a tandoori chicken wrap. The meat was a little hard and the naan wasn't exactly fresh, but the yummy sauce brought the flavors together nicely. The veggies in the side salad weren't as crisp as I would like, but acceptable for $6. The main problem here is the staff, they are very rude and not at all acommadating.

Best Indian – Wonderful food, and great atmosphere. Great portions for dinner and also very affordable. I recommend the Tikka Massala and the wraps. This is fresh Indian unlike the old Buffet food available in the Valley.

Love It – This is a pleasant, clean, friendly place. The food is good, flavorful on a budget pocketbook. I am a definite regular. Enjoy!!!

Pass on this place – Unlike a lot of Indian restaurants, this place is nice and clean and doesn't play annoying high pitched music so I hoped I had found a new regular spot... but the food is just not good. Everything has a stale reheated taste. Skip it.

Tasty food – It's not a fancy restaurant, but the staff are friendly and the place is cheerful - it's worth coming here for the cheap, tasty food! The vegetarian options are great. The food seems to have a British Indian theme with a fresh Californian twist. It's not a typical Indian restaurant.
