Yes — the food was tasty. But that’s the only thing this place has going for it. Everything else was an absolute disaster, and frankly, I left feeling taken advantage of. From the moment we walked in on our first visit, the service was appalling. The server greeted us like we were an inconvenience, plopped us down, then vanished — no water (despite the blazing heat), no menus, nothing until we had to ask. I've always had the best meals and best deal here, especially their buffet. Lots of different vegetarian options. You have to pay foryour drinks though.
There is definite room for improvement. The person taking orders at the counter was surly - and put a tip for herself on the check without saying anything. Bugs swarmed on the sidewalk patio. The food was fine, but it did not make up for the rest.
Great affordable lunch specials. The paneer was good, lots of gee on the naan.
One of the best Indian restaurants in San Diego county , amazing flavors and customer service was 10/10. I recommend this place to everyone!!!
