Highly Disappointed in Customer Service Practices of the staff and unwillingness to properly address errors made while packing to go orders. We were trying to celebrate a Birthday! It was one of our valued staff Members’ Birthday and we told her we’d stop by and would bring whatever she wanted to eat. While visiting Easton, PA for a play at the local college, my friend and I decided to stop in for dinner before the play. Unfortunately, we ran out of time, at no fault to the restaurant and had to leave before the food came out. The owners offered to keep our food and told us to come back after the play. Once we arrived back a couple hours later, they graciously heated up our food and allowed us to sit down within a half hour of them closing.
