I've been waiting for my records that I requested when I moved back in 2019 till this day. I've even had previous doctors in the new location reach out to Dr Tandon she says she's going to send it and then does not send it. This has disrupted 3 different applications for Social Security disability and from my new doctor to have the proper information being that Dr Tandon treated me from 2007 to 2019.
