I get that healthcare is a "business" but these people are disgusting. My mother just got to rehab and they're calling to speak with her (she has dementia - so there's that). They don't care about the patient, they're ambulance chasers!!! Proof that our healthcare system is broken.

Please, if you want any kind of decent, compassionate supportive care look elsewhere. Tandigm has rushed my elderly father, they've ignored his requests and complaints, have horrible bedside manner, and consistently say they will do things (call in scrips, order wound supplies, come for visits) that they do not follow up on. Caitlin and Ashley have been very helpful and understanding, but it's clear to me their hands are tied and they're working with Tandigm's broken system.
