This company just screams "SCAM!" to me after working with them. They do not return calls, texts, or emails. If you do call one of the phone numbers listed on one of their listings, it goes to an automatic voicemail telling you to only text or email (which get no responses). This happened with several of their Nashville listings for rental properties. After weeks, we finally got a text back on a newly posted listing. STAY AWAY!!!! Renting from Tandem Realty has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Their management and maintenance team never reply to e-mails or calls. Their “service” is non-existent. It is a shame, because the property was a nice home in Mount Juliet. The owner and future tenants deserve better than Tandem realty. Deceitful business. If you rent from them, please keep up with your emails because they throw bogus charges at you often. I don’t believe we have gone through a month without having to question them about charges. Incredibly unresponsive when we call them out on things.
