If I could give 0 stars I would have. Tandem (and NOT CIGNA) decided to cut ties with Cigna without telling me. Now I am left with no supplies. The support team at Tandem lied to me over and over that it was Cigna, but in fact it was Tandem. The execs at Tandem are doing what they want to make as much profit as possible and they refuse to work with patients. They are screwing with people's lives all in the name of a few more dollars.
Great products but terrible customer service. Website still does not work for supply reordering after nearly a year. Cannot order 90 day supply if you are cash pay. And customer service reps are rude and extremely unhelpful. Corporate freed strikes again.
T slim is absolutely rubbish. Bluetooth range is about 20cm with a phone…. Switching from yipsomed is the biggest mistake or our diabetes lives.
Horrible customer service and a shittier product. The preset defaults are annoying and unable to turn them off. Havent slept in over a year due to this pos pump. Highly do NOT recommend tandem t slim pump, products, or the company. Absolutely horrendous.
Dear Tandem. What happened to your excellent customer service? One of the reasons I decided to go back to Tandem was how quickly you processed orders and followed up with people. I have been waiting close to six weeks. I’ve had several delays and no one has called me as you used to do. This is important to me. I had hoped to be on your pump before I left on a business trip. Addendum: I finally spoke to a helpful customer service representative and she got things moving for me within an hour. Thank you Giovanna for your help!
