Horrible customer service and a shittier product. The preset defaults are annoying and unable to turn them off. Havent slept in over a year due to this pos pump. Highly do NOT recommend tandem t slim pump, products, or the company. Absolutely horrendous.
Dear Tandem. What happened to your excellent customer service? One of the reasons I decided to go back to Tandem was how quickly you processed orders and followed up with people. I have been waiting close to six weeks. I’ve had several delays and no one has called me as you used to do. This is important to me. I had hoped to be on your pump before I left on a business trip. Addendum: I finally spoke to a helpful customer service representative and she got things moving for me within an hour. Thank you Giovanna for your help!
I’ve never ever dealt with a company who’s so incapable of getting a product to their consumer in a timely manner. From the lack of support of people in the sales department, who have no idea the process it takes to get A pump Honestly should be studied. Do not do business with them. They do not care about their patients. I contacte them in April, and am now in June still trying to address the sale of their medical equipment to me. They do not want to process insurance claims the normal way and now want you to go to an outside firm which leads to 2-3x the wait. You have to get involved. If you can go with another company. Tandem is no longer patient 1st.
Ordering a pump was great. Ordering supplies has been awful. They keep saying there’s a shortage of tru steel sites so you have to get a special prescription from your doctor. Mine faxed it at least twice and they keep saying they don’t have it. Then they ship me a different site so I have to call them back again, and wait on hold again, to have them stop the shipment. Terrible. They will push other sites at you at a cost to your health. Disgusting.
