Tandem Care has been a tremendous help after several surgeries and for ongoing weekly assistance with housework and/or errands. It's hard to find help when one's needs change, or if only a few hours per week are needed. The Tandem Admin folks are lovely to deal with, and the caregivers have all been kind, very helpful, and pleasant to be around. I'm so grateful to have found Tandem Care.
Tandem Care has been an absolute godsend for me and my family. Coordinating care for a loved one remotely isn’t easy, but our caregiver, Tinne, has made it so much easier — she’s flexible, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about my family member’s wellbeing. Jackie is wonderful. I give her a 10. She baths my mom and plays games with her. They used to take walks but mom won’t do that anymore. She’s read to her too. Thank you all for what you do for our old parents
I hired and paid Tandem Care to drive me to a critically important medical procedure. They had agreed to pick me up at 6:30 am on the morning of the procedure. At 6:15 am they called me and canceled. This left me 15 minutes to find transportation to the procedure that was not only urgent, but also carried a $200.00 cancelation fee. I do not recommend this company. What they did to me was unconscionable. They are irresponsible and unreliable.
