The team at Tandom Care was so very helpful and flexible with getting home care set up for mom. An amazing experience!!!
Tandem Care is a five star plus organization. Their attention to detail, their professionalism, their concern and care for your love one is second to none. This was my second experience with them, and the second time was as good as the first. Every staff member shows the same caring, supportive, and pleasant attitude that says, "You can trust us with your love one. We care." I highly recommended them when you need assistace with outings for your love ones.
When our mom fell for the second time in less than a year, we knew who to call from Fall #1- Tandem Care! This time we needed around the clock care and TC came through. The caretakers are loving and supportive and communicative with admin team in the background. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because one caregiver missed her shift which left Mom unattended, but it was not life threatening. Thanks, Bri, Evelyn and our favorite caregiver, Jaquelyn.
Friendly, informative, helpful has always been the case. They even check in on things to see if our needs have changed. This is a top notch company!
This agency is a godsend. After dealing with months of overpaying with other agencies, dealing with caregivers not showing up and leaving us hanging last minute, we were at our wits end. A friend told us about Tandem and we decided to give them a try. What a difference! We were able to split our visits between morning and evening.
