As a distance runner working back postpartum, I was scared I wouldn't be able to ramp up to my pre-kid levels. After a series of injuries and multiple rounds of PT, Dr. Mike got me back out and increasing volume and intensity. With a lot of encouragement (countless text messages) and only a few sessions (3!!) I am back on my feet and pain free. He also gave me the skills to pre-hab at home and taught me what to look out for to avoid injury moving forward. Highly recommend!

Over the years, I have had only amazing experiences with Dr. Tancredi. I had a lingering hamstring injury that I couldn't find a solution for. Within 2 sessions with Dr. Tancredi, the hamstring injury went away for good.

I developed serious tennis elbow to the point where I couldn’t lift my arm, couldn’t sleep through the night, and had to stop playing pickleball. After my first ART session with Mike, I slept through the night for the first time in 3 weeks!!! 😭 By the second visit, I felt great. Dr. Tancredi saved me from getting carpal tunnel surgery with his ART. I’m very grateful, I understand that the surgery often dramatically reduces grip strength and it likely wouldn’t have solved my issue as my symptoms stem from farther up in the forearms and upper arms, not the wrists which the surgery targets. Thank you Michael!

Mike Tancredi is knowledgeable, experienced, and an all around nice guy. Don't expect to be pampered. Expect to get your health issues addressed, one way or another.
