After a car accident that I was not liable for, Tanas agreed to only schedule appointments that my accident insurance would cover. However, apparently this was not the case as Tanas failed to follow up with me regarding a bill over $500 that was over the insurance limit (my insurance company also informed me that Tanas was informed they had hit my coverage limit, yet they continued scheduling additional appointments anyway). I attend The Raleigh office of Tanas Physical Therapy. Since I developed serious back prolems which led to 2 back surgeries and fusion, I have been to 3 P.T. Practices. Tanas is my favorite by far. Nabiila Tanas the owner and chief physical therapist is extremely knowledgable and thorough in her evaluations. Her specialty is trigger point therapy with deep tissue massage. Incorrect review... Just to verify Tanas Physical Therapy does not perform facials. Our facility focuses only on Physical Therapy. The review below must be directed towards the wrong facility/business.
Tanas Physical Therapy is not good Bad, bad, bad, bad, BAD experience. Inflammed skin. Complained to the owner I think or the manager. She didn't care much and just asked to wait for the facial person to call me back. Should have pressed for a refund.
