Steve is the BEST! Another GREAT job today!
They turned my hair orange it was suppose to be blonde and copper highlights. Then the manager Jack wrote me a refund check for $95 towards my 265$ bill only to stop payment he says because I wrote a bad review of the service. This cost me another $5 with my bank. So 265 and 5 plus the 160 to get it fixed at another salon. Wow do not go here !!
I have been going to Ella for a year now and am overjoyed to have found someone so talented and so thorough. She has a vision each time and carefully explains the process and what we need to achieve what I want. I have honestly been thrilled with every hair cut, color and highlight I have had from Ella. She is also a delightful and fun person and the time in the chair passes all too quickly. I highly recommend Ella!!!!
