I had a really great time and the food is really good
Excellent dining experience! I’ve been to many hibachi restaurants and Tanaka of Tokyo Central was one of the best. As a vegetarian, it was appreciated to see a tofu option on the menu and it was cooked and seasoned deliciously! The chef took extra care by asking if it was ok to add butter and egg to anything before it was cooked (as a vegetarian I didn’t mind, but would be vegan friendly as well).
