A fantastic restaurant with an incredible atmosphere! Our Valentine’s dinner was a truly unforgettable experience, with delicious food and wonderful company. The chef was a true showman, performing magic with his cooking—an absolute delight to watch. We enjoyed every moment and had an amazing time!
友人4人で利用。雰囲気は良かったですが、結果的には賞に輝くほどかな？と思いました。 理由としては予約していても食事の提供開始までに1時間ほどかかったこと。味も美味しいとは言えずパフォーマンス頼りなこと。そして肝心のパフォーマンスはSNSやホームページほどの驚きはなく、シェフの力量があまりにも差があることが残念でした。 あまりレストランを酷評することはないのですが、ワイキキのレストランレベルから考えても要改善のお店です。
田中オブ東京ワイキキ店は、目の前でシェフがパフォーマンスをしながら料理を提供する、エンターテイメント性あふれる鉄板焼きレストランです。 平日の20:00に予約、20:15ほどで着席して料理の提供開始が21:00以降でした。各テーブルにシェフがかなり拘束されるのでシェフ不足なのかも。お腹と心に余裕が必要です。 「寿」コースでは、新鮮なシーフードやジューシーなステーキなど、厳選された食材をシェフが華麗な手さばきで調理し、目と舌を楽しませてくれます。シェフのパフォーマンスはとても楽しいですが、個々人でかなり技量が変わるようで歌いまくってる人もいれば、淡々とナイフの手さばきを見せる人もいます。 シェフの指名制は大変かもですが、ここまでクローズアップさせるなら指名制のほうがいいかもしれません。 追加料金でチャーハンにアップグレードすることが可能で、お腹いっぱいになること間違いなしです。 店内は活気にあふれ、家族や友人と楽しい食事の時間を過ごすのに最適です。
