Please exercise caution if considering renting at this apartment complex. It's not suitable for families and is unfortunately a haven for the homeless population across the street. There are reports of homeless individuals residing in the apartment laundry room and incidents of car break-ins during the night. i had lease in this apartment from last 1 year but i moved out of there 8 months ago bcz of rude staff and bad roommates. i tried to communicate with apartment staff and my roommates from last 6 months bcz they didn’t changed lease and it’s still on my name too. i called many times or from many months to management staff to solve out this problem but nobody’s responding. now i got letter from fresno superior court that management staff claimed me 6-7 months rent. these are too much worse apartments and management staff. apar... read more

This is the worst place you can ever live in, only because the manager is really rude, selfish, I mean the worst, for the worst part the supervisor is Even more than worst I cannot get any word can Describe her , If you're looking for a peaceful place this is not that one. there's homeless everywhere, and they charge you for every little think, For many other reasons you're not gonna feel peaceful in your place.

Been here over 10+ years, the new management is horrible. I’m finally leaving because of the management. They are money hungry and won’t fix anything. They don’t speak English and they’re rude!! You might have to get a lawyer in the end! I highly DONT RECOMMEND.

I wouldnt even give these apartments one star, unprofessional is an understatement, these apartments are dirty and have homeless people living right beside it coming in and out breaking in to cars, homes and the laundry mats, nothing works, roaches and the landlord won’t fix anything but charge you for everything we lived here half a year never late on rent just to be told we didn’t pay a few months, threaten to give us and eviction and sent us 3 day notices every other day till we moved out just because we wanted to move ou... read more
