Tan Your Hide has been one of the most difficult businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I had an overdue payment, which I promptly called in and paid. When I attempted to cancel my membership due to a medical condition that prevents me from tanning, they refused to accommodate me. I also tried to update my card on file and was told I had to physically visit a location to do so. That’s completely unreasonable. What if I were out of town or unable to come in? This establishment needs to be upfront on their pricing that's on their website. Their monthly membership require a 2 month minimum commitment (for the month to month) and if you're military, you must commit to a 10 months in order to receive the pricing listed on their site. A month to month typically means one month at a time, not a two month commitment. Their wording is not upfront. Love how many options of beds, great priced lotions. The front desk lady JaLynn has excellent customer service. She’s so kind and recommended the best lotion. Love tanning when she’s there🙌🏽
I love coming here! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel the place is also very clean.
