I only gave them one star because it wouldn't let me give anything less! I signed up 2 years ago bc it was conveniently located across the street from my apt. I've tanned in mannnnnny places and never experienced one so neglected by its owners! No matter what bed I went in it either had a broken fan, missing bulbs, DUCKTAPE on the bed or shut off during my tan! I would give them a .5 star. Yes a half of a star. Easy to sign up but when trying to cancel the membership it is a problem! I have not been there in over 6 weeks. I called to cancel. They never said a form to fill out. I stopped in to confirm they said no you have to fill out form and then we will sign. Then mail. They now said not canceled till sept. Would not recommend due to the hassle of canceling when done. Will go somewhere else next year and pay $$$ for 5 months and deal with the inconvience of location to coming bac... read more
